What data we process

Browsing data: the server automatically records technical data such as IP address, date and time of the request, page visited and browser type. It keeps the site running and protects it.

Visit statistics: we use Umami, a tool installed on servers run on our behalf that counts visits in aggregate, without cookies and without storing your IP address. It does not let us identify you.

Data you send us: if you write, call or fill in a form (name, company, email, phone, message), we use that data only to answer you. Messages sent through the site’s forms reach us by email.

Why, and on what basis

Answering your requests and preparing any quotation: pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Running and securing the site, and aggregate statistics: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not use your data for profiling or advertising, and we never sell it.

How long we keep it

Request data is kept for as long as needed to answer you and, if a business relationship follows, for the periods required by law. Technical browsing data is kept only as long as needed to keep the service secure.

Who can access it

Authorised Formasal staff and the technical providers who run the site and servers on our behalf, appointed as data processors. Your data is never published.

Cookies

This site uses no profiling or third-party cookies, and our statistics work without cookies, which is why we do not ask for consent. Fonts and libraries are served by the site’s own server, with no requests to outside services. The Ordini Online portal (ordini.formasal.it) is a separate service with its own privacy notice.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, or receive it in a portable format, by writing to info@formasal.it. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).
